By accessing and using TheTradeFormula Eagle Eye services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TheTradeFormula Eagle Eye provides AI-powered analysis of trading charts to generate suggested Entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit levels. This service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer daily subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: ₹499/day - 20 AI analyses
• Premium Plan: ₹699/day - 30 AI analyses

Plans are valid for 24 hours from activation. Usage quota resets daily.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price and authorize the transaction. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and instant activation code delivery, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Please ensure you understand the service before subscribing.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a daily analysis quota. Exceeding this limit will require waiting until the next day or purchasing an additional plan. Quota manipulation or abuse may result in account termination.

7. Activation Code

Your activation code is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping it secure. Sharing or reselling activation codes is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI algorithms
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Share or resell activation codes
• Automate or script excessive API calls
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: Our AI analysis is for informational purposes only and should NOT be considered financial or investment advice. Trading involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any trading losses, damages, or losses arising from the use of our service. The AI analysis is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues without prior notice.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and intellectual property related to TheTradeFormula Eagle Eye remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or content.

14. Changes to Terms
