Common Issues
Didn't receive activation code?
Activation codes are shown instantly on-screen after payment. If you missed it, email us with your Razorpay payment ID.
Payment failed but money deducted?
Contact us immediately with your transaction ID. Funds are usually refunded within 5–7 business days.
Extension not working?
Ensure you are on TradingView.com, logged in with the correct email, and have an active subscription.
Exceeded daily limit?
Your quota resets every 24 hours from activation. Upgrade to the Pro plan for a higher daily allowance.
